Processing Times
ALBUMS:
GENERAL SALE:
Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed. After processing we will ship your order then email you with the tracking number. If you have chosen our delivery or pick up options (PLEASE SEE CORRESPONDING POLICIES) within the DFW area, your package will be delivered at your doorstep on the day-tier of your choosing OR will be met at a designated meeting spot.
PRE-ORDER SALE:
Please allow for 3 to 5 business days from the date of receival from manufacturer (1-3 weeks after item is released). After processing we will ship your order then email you with the tracking number. If you have chosen our delivery or pick up option (PLEASE SEE CORRESPONDING POLICIES) within the DFW area, your package will be delivered at your doorstep on the day-tier of your choosing OR will be met at a designated meeting spot.
PRE-ORDERS DISCLAIMERS:

If you purchase a pre-order item with an item already in stock it will cause shipping to be delayed in order for us to send everything together in order to appropriately charge for shipping costs, as well as make sure you receive all items at the same time. If you prefer to receive separate packages to get general sale items sooner please order them separately.
BOXES:
GENERAL SALE:
An item that is on General Sale (marked with new arrival, new to shop, or has no ribbon at all) has varying processing times that can take up to one- two weeks (depending on order volume). After your order has been placed we handcraft your box to your specifications including handmade items so please give us time to make everything perfect for you. The estimated time for your order to be shipped off will be about three- five weeks from date of purchase to allow for this.
PRE- ORDERS:
An item on Pre-Order (marked pre-order or coming soon) has a set pre-order time of five to six weeks due to the status or popularity of the item. In order to bulk produce orders a certain date is set giving the artists time to get a head count on how many items they must craft. A week after the pre-order date has been met ALL items will be shipped out. The estimated time for your order to be shipped off will be about five- seven weeks from date of purchase to allow for this. Pre-orders often come with special edition items that take plenty of time and love to make so please be patient with us.
MERCH PURCHASES:
Please allow 3-5 business days after purchasing for your order to process. Each merch item is handmade there for shipping times differ upon order volume. Please be mindful of this before placing your order. After processing we will ship your order then email you with the tracking number. If you have chosen our delivery option (PLEASE SEE DELIVERY POLICIES) within the DFW area, your package will be delivered at your doorstep on the day-tier of your choosing.

After processing, pre-order, and general sale times (see categories above)-- THIS IS FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN DROPPED OFF AT POST OFFICE. If you have paid for a high grade of shipping then look to the Delivery, Pick up, and Fast Shipping Policies.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

DELIVERY POLICIES

The purchase must be paid IN FULL, before your order is delivered to you. The delivery driver will not have cash nor take cash for any purchase unless otherwise instructed to do so by the CK Team!

Patrons must live at maximum 25 miles from the city centers of Dallas & Fort Worth. If this criteria is not met then only the pick up option and shipping options are available to you. If the criteria is met please see policies below.

IF YOUR ADDRESS IS RESEARCHED AND SHOWN TO BE A VACANT LOT WE WILL CANCEL YOUR DELIVERY & YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP YOUR ORDER YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BEFORE IT IS SENT TO THE ADDRESS THAT HAD BEEN PROVIDED ON YOUR ORDER. IF VERIFICATION AND FRAUD ANALYSIS FAILS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND WE WILL REFUND THE ORDER.
THERE IS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR THREATS, HARASSMENT, ASSAULT, VERBAL ABUSE, OR ETC OF ANY KIND BY THE PATRON AND IF THE DRIVER IS SUBJECTED TO IT WE WILL PRESS CHARGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW!
FOR THE SAFETY OF THE PATRON/ DELIVERY PERSON A CAMERA WILL BE PRESENT ON DELIVERY DRIVER AT ALL TIME AND THEY MUST SUBMIT PICTURES OF EACH DELIVERY BEFORE PROCESSING THE ORDER AS DELIVERED.
ALL DELIVERY DRIVERS MUST WEAR FACIAL MASKS WHEN DELIVERING PACKAGES TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF ALL PATRONS.
If any of the first two offenses are violated the Patron’s order will be cancelled and they will be hereby banned from CK’s Entertainment Stop, Indefinitely.
DELIVERY OPTIONS-
TIER 1- NEXT DAY DELIVERY

After all processing times have been met (see shipping policies for more information) we will deliver your package to your door safely, and as COVID friendly as possible, the next day (if applicable)
TIER 2- TWO- THREE DAY DELIVERY

TIER 3- WEEKEND DELIVERY

PICK-UP POLICIES

Drivers must be met in a well lit, well populated area.

NO ADDRESS CHANGES! If you are unable to meet to get your package please text the driver in order to reschedule. If you do not show a fee of $20 will be charged for the driver's time and gas! You can not show/ reschedule up to three times before you can no longer use this benefit and it must be shipped to you.
