CK’s Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policies

We here at CK’s Entertainment Stop gladly accept returns and cancellations under special conditions.

If the item arrived damaged in any way we will send you a return label for the return of the complete purchase with stipulations (check below), then send out another one.

BOXES- If there are items missing from the purchase once it has been sent back and inspected by the CK Team, we will deduct the amount of that item(s) from the refund and send the purchased item back out without the missing object(s). If THE CUSTOMER insists we send the full box out with the entirety of its contents we will charge the full amount of the object(s) again due to the purchase of the duplicated objects.

ALBUMS- There will only be a refund if the object is returned undamaged and unopened. NO EXCEPTIONS!

MERCHANDISE- In the case of merchandise such as shirts & plushies, a refund will only be issued if the item(s) are undamaged, unworn, and have no suspicious odors attached to them. The only exception that will be given is if the wrong size has been sent out and it has been communicated to the CK Team five days after delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Any items that were bought discounted or through promotions are NOT eligible for refunds.

CK'S ENERTAINMENT STOP is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for returning packages.

Ship items back within: SEVEN days after approved message from CK TEAM or the return will become void.

For Returns please contact The CK Team within 30 days of delivery if you meet the criteria above in order to start the return process.

In order to cancel an order with a full refund you must contact the CK Team before your order is sent out. If the item has been shipped the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund and a partial refund will be sent. IF THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED PLEASE SEE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN!

We here at CK’s Entertainment Stop understand that times get hard and life tends to hit when you least expect it. In order to help make your experience with the K-pop café the best we can, if you are looking for a refund for the month or the cancellation of your membership please take a look at the guidelines below.

In order to qualify for a refund you must meet these qualifications.

Must be current on your subscription

If you are not current and the charge was successfully taken from your account it WILL NOT be reversed.

You must not have used your bundle credit before asking for a refund. Doing so will automatically flag us and you will be banned from CK and it's entirety.

The refund will go back on the same credit/ debit card it was taken from NO EXCEPTIONS!
